The location of this place was perfect, situated in a bustling business district with easy access to shops and restaurants. The staff provided exceptional service, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room itself was well-appointed and provided all the amenities I could ask for, including heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The soundproofed rooms allowed for a peaceful and relaxing stay. In the morning, I was treated to a delicious breakfast delivered right to my room, making for a convenient and enjoyable start to the day.

The continental breakfast, delivered to your room, is outstanding and includes a wide selection of delicious options. The hotel also offers complimentary snacks and refreshments, adding to the overall experience.

The initial process of entering the building can be a bit confusing with the invisible service.

The hotel lacks a full-service bar, pool, or restaurant, but considering the top-notch room and service it offers, this is a minor inconvenience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, especially at night. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The breakfast, though not the biggest, was of great quality and tasted delicious. The staff, particularly Ryan, provided impeccable service and assisted us with all our needs. The location of the hotel near the waterfront and close to the city center was perfect.

The views from the hotel were absolutely stunning, with uninterrupted panoramas of the city, ocean, and glaciers. the high-end amenities in the rooms, such as the mini bar stocked with complimentary drinks and the plush bathrobes and slippers, added to the luxurious experience. the location was also fantastic, with a short walk to the downtown area and convenient access to tour pickups.

The lack of nearby restaurants was a minor inconvenience, but the hotel made up for it with their top-notch concierge service. However, staying for only one night meant missing out on fully experiencing all the services offered by the hotel.
